"I give a 5 star because I’ve had my car insurance through Mariam Alfaro for over ten years and State Farm has always been good to me. Until recently I wouldn’t trade for anything. I was dropped from State Farm because I’ve had to many claims. 5 totals in car accidents. Not all my claims three were other insurers that were under my policy. I do have understand how bad this looks. But someone at State Farm is really screwing up because I’ve paid on my Rav 4 that they cut a check for me already in January. Then I was still paying on this Rav 4 for for 4 months after this pay out and I’m to be expecting a refund for those months. I also paid on my car I have now a late payment they had me pay after they dropped me and before I knew I was being dropped. Now today I received an insurance card from State Farm that shows my Rav 4 is covered from May through August 2025. Even though they deemed it totald last December I don’t know why or who is not in sync with the other departments but it clearly shows that either they arent in sync or that someone isn’t doing their job or that they aren’t doing their job right. So just giving you all a heads up that this State Farm has excellent coverage and don’t get too frustrated with them for they know not what they do. Lol"

"I’ve been with her for years now. I have full coverage and I’ve never been disappointed with the service State Farm provides. I have zero deductible whenever I have had a claim and I get car rentals coverage when I’ve experienced a total loss. Only had to pay like 30 in taxes after I returned the rental. So I’m very happy with State Farm."
